Deposit Methods

Once you have created your trading account, depositing funds is simple and secure. Funds will appear on your trading account balance within minutes of the transaction being completed. All transactions are communicated using Secure Socket Layer technology, ensuring that your personal information is safe.

Deposits by Credit Card

Depositing funds by credit card is simple and quick; funds are instantly deposited in your trading account. However please note that withdrawals take an average of 2 – 3 working days for the credit card company to process, and there may be fees associated with withdrawals on the part of the credit card company.

What types of payment methods are there?

Choose your preferred method of payment from:
  • Bank Wire Transfer (International and/or Domestic)
  • Credit Card (Processed via a clearing agency)
  • Alternative Payment Methods – please contact GTP capital at [email protected]
Please note that should you wish to withdraw funds, GTP capital reserves the right to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account when possible. Funds will be returned to the account or credit card initially used for the deposit.

How do I deposit funds?

  • Log in to your account and click on the ‘Deposit’ button on the top right of the screen.
  • Select your preferred deposit method and fill out your financial details.
  • You will receive your deposit confirmation and see the updated balance on the top right of the screen.

Deposits by Bank Wire Transfer

  • Print out the Wire Transfer details sent via GTP Capital.
  • Go to any bank and forward your Wire Transfer to the details sent. The bank will then provide you with a transaction reference number
  • Fill in the transaction reference number in Payment Details field
  • Scan and send the wire slip received by the bank to your personal broker or to [email protected]
  • Within up to 3 days you should receive final bank confirmation, although your trading account can be credited right after wire confirmation has been recieved.
  • Please check your email to see a notification.
Bank wire transfers are often the quickest way to deposit large amounts. However please note that it can take up to 5 days to see funds in the trading account and bank fees may occur.  

Withdrawal Methods

Online withdrawals are fast and secure. If you need any assistance during the process, please contact our customer support team by email, phone or live chat. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of a minimum denomination of 50 of the currency you deposited the funds in.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

Log-in into your account, click on the “Withdrawal” tab, placed below the “Deposit” tab, first one on the right. Enter the amount to be withdrawn in the base currency. Complete your request then click ‘Submit’. You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.

Why were my two withdrawal requests combined?

GTP Capital reserves the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment.

What documents are required for first time withdrawals?

Photo I.D, Credit Card scan (front/back) leaving only the last 4 digits visible, and utility bill of the account owner (no older than 3 months) for proof of address.

How long does it take to withdraw money?

At any time, you may request an online withdrawal of funds from your account, which will be sent to our Compliance Department for processing. We guarantee that all financial transactions are 100% secure, and the request will be processed in a timely manner. Credit/Debit Card: Withdrawals made by Credit/Debit Card are processed within 5 working days, and take an average of 2-3 working days to reach the card or bank. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least $50 per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount. Bank Wire: Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer are usually processed within 2 working days and take an average of 5 working days to reach your account. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least $50 per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount.   Alternative Methods: Withdrawals made by alternative methods are processed by Bank Wire Transfer.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

No, GTP Capital does not charge you to withdraw.

Can I change my mind?

To review your withdrawal request, please go to ‘My Account’, and click on ‘History’. As long as the status of your withdrawal request is ‘Pending’, you can cancel it by simply clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.

Are there terms for my withdrawal?

No, any client can withdraw his funds from their accounts. Although In the case of Margin-loans and/or Bonuses (Company credit) you may have to reach a certain trading turnover as described on the ‘terms and conditions’ page, before any withdraws can be made.
